On the first day of the tour, we will pick you up from your accommodation in Tetouan and drive to the blue city of Chefchaouen. The road passes through the Rif Mountains and offers nice views along the way.
After arrival, we will drop you off at your accommodation. You will then have free time to explore the city on your own. Chefchaouen is a small city and can be easily visited in 3 to 4 hours. You can walk through the blue streets, take photos, and discover quiet corners of the city.
In the afternoon, we suggest walking up to the Spanish Mosque to enjoy the sunset and a great view over Chefchaouen. In the evening, you can go to Outa El Hammam Square to watch street performers and enjoy dinner before returning to your accommodation.
After breakfast in Chefchaouen, you can enjoy a short morning walk around the blue city while it is still quiet. Then we leave Chefchaouen and start driving toward Fes, with several stops along the way.
Our first stop is Volubilis, the Roman ruins in Morocco. You will have time to walk around and see the old buildings, arches, and mosaics.
Next, we continue to Meknes, one of Morocco’s imperial cities. After lunch, we visit Lahdim Square and the famous Bab Mansour gate, which are close to each other and easy to reach on foot.
We then visit the Qara Prison, an old underground prison with many tunnels, and Lheri Souani, a large complex used in the past for storage and animals. Nearby, you can also see the Lheri Souani lake.
In the late afternoon, we drive to Fes and drop you off at your accommodation.
After breakfast, we begin a guided visit of Fes, one of the oldest cities in Morocco. We start with a visit to the Royal Palace gate, then continue to the Jewish Quarter (Mellah).
You will explore the old Medina and visit important places such as the Chouara Tanneries, the Attarine Museum, and Al Qaraouine University. In the afternoon, you will have free time to walk around the Medina at your own pace. Overnight in Fes.
Today we leave Fes and drive through the Middle Atlas Mountains. Our first stop is Ifrane, known for its clean streets and European-style buildings. After a short walk, we continue to the cedar forest to see the Barbary monkeys.
We then drive through small towns and Berber villages such as Midelt. After crossing the High Atlas Mountains, we stop at Ziz Valley to enjoy a beautiful view of the palm trees.
In the afternoon, we arrive in Merzouga. You will ride camels across the golden sand dunes of Erg Chebbi to reach the desert camp. Enjoy dinner, local music, and a peaceful night under the stars.
Early in the morning, you can watch the sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast, we return to Merzouga village by camel or vehicle.
We then drive to Rissani, where you can visit the local market and see daily life in the area. After that, we continue toward the Todra Gorges, passing through palm oases and small villages near Tinghir. You will have time to walk in the gorges and enjoy the high rock walls.
In the afternoon, we drive to Boumalne Dades, where you will spend the night in a local hotel or riad
After breakfast, we travel through the Dades Valley and the Valley of Roses, known for its beautiful landscapes. We continue to Ouarzazate and visit the famous Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
In the afternoon, we cross the High Atlas Mountains, passing Berber villages and mountain roads. We arrive in Marrakech in the evening, marking the end of your 6-day tour from Tetouan to Marrakech.
