This 3-day tour from Tetouan to Marrakech takes you through some of the most beautiful and famous places in Morocco. Along the way, you will visit the blue city of Chefchaouen, explore the historic streets of Fes, and travel through the Atlas Mountains.
The journey continues south to the Sahara Desert, where you will enjoy a camel ride across the golden sand dunes of Merzouga and spend a night in a desert camp under the stars. You will also visit traditional towns like Rissani and walk through the impressive Todra Gorges.
On the last days, the tour passes through the Dades Valley, Ouarzazate, and the famous Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou before crossing the High Atlas Mountains to reach Marrakech. This trip is a great mix of culture, nature, desert landscapes, and local life, perfect for travelers who want to see the highlights of Morocco in a short time.
Your 3-day tour starts with pick-up from your accommodation in Tetouan. We drive south to Chefchaouen, the famous blue city of Morocco. You will have time to walk through the blue streets, visit the Kasbah, and see the Ras El Ma river.
After enjoying the calm atmosphere of Chefchaouen, we continue our journey to Fes. Upon arrival, you will check in to your riad or hotel and relax for the night.
Today we leave Fes and drive through the Middle Atlas Mountains. Our first stop is Ifrane, known for its clean streets and European-style buildings. After a short walk, we continue to the cedar forest to see the Barbary monkeys.
We then drive through small towns and Berber villages such as Midelt. After crossing the High Atlas Mountains, we stop at Ziz Valley to enjoy a beautiful view over the palm trees.
In the afternoon, we arrive in Merzouga. You will ride camels across the golden sand dunes of Erg Chebbi to reach the desert camp. Enjoy dinner, local music, and a peaceful night under the stars.
After a special night in the desert camp, you will wake up early to watch the sunrise over the sand dunes. After breakfast, we leave the desert and start our journey to Marrakech.
Along the way, we pass through small Berber villages and enjoy the changing landscapes. We stop in Ouarzazate for a break and lunch. Then we continue through the High Atlas Mountains, driving along the Tizi n’Tichka Pass. We stop to enjoy the mountain views and take photos.
In the evening, we arrive in Marrakech and drop you off at your accommodation. This marks the end of your 3-day desert tour from Tetouan to Marrakech.
